In the background of culture and value diversification,the socialism core valuenamed as “the three advocates” was proposed as at the 18 th CPC National Congress.The socialism core value is the latest theoretical achievement of CPC,the greatest common divisor condensed of social consensus,the deepenedunderstanding of socialism value and nature,as well as the promotion of national softcultural power.The socialist core valuesadvocate all the people to establish a good idea of value from three aspects including the state,society and individual,it is the mainstream ideology in today's society,should also be guided by the core values.Cultural construction is one of the important subjects of socialist modernization.Through cultural construction people can not only promote the development of socialist undertakings,butalso strengthen comprehensive national strength.Business culture is part of the culture,and throughbuilding Business Culture of Merchants in Henan province(will be abbreviated as BCMH),people can improve the business culture,so construction of BCMH play an important role in cultural construction.In recent years,with the implementation of the Plan for theRise of Central China and Construction of Aeronautical port area,Henan has become one of the new growth point of economy in China,merchants in Henan province,as the main force of economic development,also must pay attention to cultural construction.Building BCMH as one of the construction of socialist culture,The socialist core values provide ideological origin,moral guidance and value orientation for building BCMH.Itis favorable to standardize the market,maintain the cultural security,innovate thought education working methods of merchants in Henan.BCMH construction can enrich the contents of socialist core values through putting the latter in reality.But there are some problems in the current construction of BCMH,such asmaterial culture lacking of innovation,spiritual culture lacking of motivation,system culture lacking of maturity,behavior culture lacking of correctness.To solve these problems needs the guidance of the socialist core values.Construction of BCMH with the guidance of socialist core values should Obey some principles: guidance of Marx's doctrine,people-centered development conception,combinations of praise and criticism,the unity of inheritance and innovation,building BCMH accurately and practically only on the basis of these principles.There are four ways to guide the construction of BCMH with the guidance of socialist core values: regenerate construction mode of material culture,inspire the power of constructing spiritual culture,perfect the system culture construction,standardize the contents of behavior culture.Only obey these principles,through the practice of socialist core values in process of building BCMH,guiding merchants in Henan achieving rapid development and benefiting the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
