Research On The Party's Intellectual Policy Evolution And Its Experience Since The Reform And Opening-up

The party's intellectual policy is the focus of the communist party of China.With the continuous development and progress of socialism,the party's intellectual policy of the new period has made timely adjustment,and promoted the social development and national progress effectively.In this paper,the party's intellectual policy and its historical experience since the reform and opening up was analyzed and discussed deeply.The paper expounds the evolution process of the policy,states the contents of specific policies in different periods respectively,and summarizes some experience of the intellectuals' policy since the reform and opening up by collecting real data and information,then puts forward development path.In this paper,the integrated use of history on binding studies,literature review method and interdisciplinary comprehensive analysis method in a large number of material to sort out the overall framework and complete understanding of the content and grasp.In this paper,four parts was included,its structure is:The introduction part mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status both domestic and abroad,research contents and methods as well as the innovation place.The first part,the related concept definition and significance of the policy on intellectuals is discussed.It defines the relevant concepts,clears the research object,and explains the necessity of further research based on the correct cognition of connotation of intellectuals.The second part of this paper states the development of party's intellectuals reform and opening up policy since the reform and the opening up.From the Third plenary Session of the 11 th Central Committee to the Fourth Plenary Session of the Thirteenth Central Committee,Deng Xiaoping which is the core of the party's collective leadership,make the party's ideological line back on track;During the fourth plenary session of the 13 th to the 16 th national congress,Jiang Zemin which is the core of the party leadership,developed the party's intellectual policy;During the16 th to the 18 th congress,Hu Jintao which is the core of the party's collective leadership,put forward the theory of "people power" policy;Since the eighteenthcongress,Xi Jinping as the core of party's leadership,perfect the theory of the party's intellectual policy further.The third part of this paper analyzes the basic experience of the party intellectuals' policy.We should learn from the experience of the intellectuals' policy as follows,to understand and evaluate the team of intellectuals correctly;to define the class attribute of intellectuals correctly;to adhere to the guidance of Marxist theory when the intellectuals' policy is made;to insist on strengthening the construction of theory and strengthen the institutionalization and legalization of intellectual policy.The fourth part of the paper discusses the main path of the intellectuals' policy.To lead the intellectuals' ideological and moral construction under the socialist core value system;To strengthen the market orientation,implement the intellectual policy;To recognize the important role of intellectuals,establish scientific talent;Try to explore new way and new method of intellectual work.The last part summarizes the full paper.Our country should earnestly implement the intellectuals' policy,to promote the long-term development of the socialist construction in the new era background.
