The Study On Central Soviet Area's Clean Government Inspection

Patrol system has a long history in our country.Since the Qin and Han Dynasty,with the feudal dynasty to strengthen the centralized power and the management of local officials,the inspection system has been constantly adjusted in the development process.By the time of the Republic of China,the inspection system has been quite perfect,basically forming a set of relatively perfect inspection system.Since the founding of the communist party of China,the inspection work system has been implemented within the party,and a series of inspection systems have come into being with the development of the communist party of China.The earliest inspection system of the communist party of China can be traced back to the period of the central Soviet area.In this period,the communist party of China has made great efforts in building a clean government,and among the numerous measures,inspection has played a great role.Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC has made great efforts to build a clean government,and has repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen the inspection of all work of the party and government organs or units at all levels,with remarkable results.In the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),Xi Jinping also mentioned that "the inspection of the sword plays a prominent role,and the inspection of the central and provincial party committees can be fully covered",which greatly affirmed the positive role of inspection in the process of building a clean government.Active exploration of the central Soviet area integrity inspection practice,to a certain extent for the Chinese communist party to promote the overall strict governance of the party,to achieve intra-party supervision,strengthen the building of party integrity and provide reference significance.This paper takes the perspective of history and sinicization of Marxism as the starting point,studies the supervision thought of Marx,Engels and Lenin as well as the patrol thought of ancient clean government,and based on this,discusses the theoretical basis of the patrol in central Soviet area.Secondly,this paper discusses the historical background of the central Soviet area anticorruption inspection from three aspects: the corruption in the central Soviet area,the influence of the communist international on the establishment of the central Soviet area anti-corruption inspection and the political environment of the central Soviet area anti-corruption inspection.Then through the central Soviet area clean government inspection system,the appointment of personnel and the practice of the combination of the inspection and the party and government inspection,thepurpose of the central Soviet area clean government inspection and historical role;Then,by summarizing the experience and lessons of the central Soviet area clean inspection,this paper discusses the practical enlightenment of the central Soviet area clean inspection in the fight against corruption in the new era,and reveals the contemporary value of the central Soviet area clean inspection.Meanwhile,it reflects the influence of sinicization of Marxism in the central Soviet area on the early ruling construction of the communist party of China from the perspective of implementation,development and evolution of the inspection tour of clean government.Through the research and exploration,the problems appeared in the new era of anti-corruption struggle and the integrity of the central Soviet area period patrol practice together,make the patrol the experiences and lessons of the central Soviet area to patrol in the struggle of anti-corruption practice of new era,as a new era in the struggle of anti-corruption anti-corruption patrol to study and put forward some innovative ideas,new era strives to win a landslide victory in the struggle of anti-corruption can play a bigger role.
