As society progresses, people's life has undergone tremendous changes, transport surface mail in the past widespread use due to its slow speed of delivery is gradually being replaced by new delivery services. Especially in the current online shopping has become an indispensable part of life, the courier industry assumed the task of transportation of goods in online shopping, express delivery industry has thus been developed. With the rapid development of express delivery services industry, the legitimate interests of consumers express industry is more and more damage to the phenomenon. Courier service contracts are typical for the benefit of third party contract, the contract shall be deemed the recipient party is entitled to claim the rights directly to the courier companies. Courier companies harm consumers legitimate rights and interests mainly in shipment delays, shipment damaged or lost shipment, the user information leak these four aspects, and relevant laws and regulations of the courier industry norm is not perfect, it is necessary to discuss how to strengthen the theory courier services in consumer protection, so as to promote the healthy and orderly development of the courier service industry.In the courier services, the consumer is in a weak position, it is difficult to obtain relief when consumer rights are infringed.
