With the rapid development of the Internet in recent years,the express delivery service industry has also ushered in huge development opportunities.Today,courier services have become a part of people's daily lives.However,while consumers enjoy the convenience brought by courier services,their legitimate rights and interests have been repeatedly violated.In recent years,various problems have occurred in China's courier service industry,such as the private sale of consumer personal information by courier companies,the violent sorting and supervision of theft within the courier company,and the existence of many unfair terms in the format contract.Issues such as delays in claims have seriously violated consumers' rights to personal information,property security,fair trade rights,and claims.In this context,this article follows the ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems,and solving problems,combining the development status of the express service industry,focusing on many practical issues that infringe on consumer rights in express services,and analyzing the violation of consumer rights in express services.The main performance of this article is to try to put forward some feasible countermeasures for the protection of consumer rights and interests,in order to finally achieve the purpose of protecting consumer rights and interests.This article is divided into five parts for discussion,the main contents are as follows:The first part is the introduction of this article,which gives a brief overview of the topic selection background,the purpose and significance of the research,the current status of domestic and foreign research,and the main content of the thesis.The second part defines the concepts of courier services,consumers in courier services,and consumer rights in courier services,and elaborates the particularity of consumers in courier services and the need to protect consumer rights in courier services.The third part focuses on the analysis of several rights that are more important to consumers in express services,namely,the right to personal information,property security,fair trading rights,and claims when their rights are infringed.The reasons for typical problems are summarized.The fourth part is the foothold of this article,which is the specific protection countermeasures for the specific performance of consumer rights infringement in express delivery services,including: strengthening legislation on personal information protection,comprehensive implementation of "privacy list","Just-in-time" services,strengthening accountability for violent sorting,increasing administrative accountability for burglary,standardizing unfair terms in formatted contracts,establishing uniform express premium rates,introducing insurance mechanisms,and setting up express Compensation funds,conditional implementation of the burden of proof inversion in lawsuits,and protection of consumer rights through small-scale litigation procedures and consumer association public interest litigation.The fifth part summarizes the full text as the conclusion of this article.At the same time,it also looks forward and predicts the protection of consumer rights in express delivery services.
