China is the country with the largest population in the world and the largest number of the elderly,the aging of the population has become one of the important problems that must be faced in the development of China's economic society.The housing endowment model is the combination of housing and pension,that adapts to the present stage of China's economic and social development needs,it sets reverse mortgage as the main body,integration of the pension houses,rental endowment and other forms.This paper is based on the life cycle theory,resource allocation optimization theory and social security theory,study different types of housing endowment model at home and abroad,trying to find some rules and enlightenment,to provide reference for the implementation of the housing endowment in Lanzhou city.Through the research on the situation of Lanzhou population aging and the old-age security system,this paper expounds the necessity of the implementation of the housing endowment in Lanzhou city;and through the use of questionnaires,in-depth community of Lanzhou City,understanding of the actual situation of Lanzhou city to the housing endowment,to analysis of the subjective and objective conditions gradually mature,the future of the implementation of the housing endowment in Lanzhou is feasible.The implementation of housing reverse mortgage endowment insurance,this paper designs the specificoperation mechanism and carries on the case analysis.Also in view of the problems that may exist in the implementation,Lanzhou city should also in perfect policy laws and regulations,encourage financial institutions to participate in,the more practice exploration to increase the social propaganda and improve risk sharing mechanisms.
