Research On The Legal Issues Of Reverse Mortgage

With the development of society,the aging of the population is a major problem encountered by our country's society at the current stage.How to properly deal with the issue of old-age care and enable the large group of older people to ensure quality and enjoy old age has received increasing attention.All walks of life also actively explored the solution to this problem.At present,in response to the problem of old-age care for the elderly,many localities in China have put forward their own strategies.Among them,there is reference to the old-age pension methods used in foreign countries and a housing reverse mortgage loan is proposed.This old-age pension strategy can liberate old people's assets that they have invested in residential housing as a powerful supplement to old-age pension funds.We have shown some problems in the trial of housing reverse mortgage loans,which are partly rooted in our country's traditional thinking and conceptual issues,and are partly rooted in the fact that China's current laws and regulations need to be improved.This article carefully analyzes the practical experience of China's reverse mortgage,sums up the problems it presents in China's trial implementation,and the legal conflicts that will need to be faced in further carrying out the reverse mortgage,and puts forward some laws in light of the actual situation in China.Suggest.This article consists of four parts.The first part is an overview of reverse mortgage,clarifying their concepts,legal characteristics,and other concepts.The second part introduces the pilot practice of China's reverse mortgage,and summarizes the reasons for the bleak ending of the pilot.The third part points out the existence of legal issues for China's pilot conditions.The fourth part proposes corresponding legal advice on the proposed legal issues.
