Social old-aged security system is not perfect and the traditional endowment patterns have been overwhelmed, so China needs to explore new mechanisms to solve the endowment problem."The Housing Endowment" is a kind of new pension, which is introduced from abroad. Because of the conditions of China, our economy developed insufficiently. The aging degree is increasing, but the social security system is immature. So there is various problem of "the Housing Endowment". Through analysis of the developing problems of China's "housing endowment", this will lay the basis for the research of "the housing endowment"The fourth part is to improve the "housing endowment" system. By drawing lessons from the experience of "the housing endowment" in abroad, this part will put forward the corresponding solutions to these problems. For example, improving the legislative system, positioning the correct role of government in the "housing endowment", develop more models.
