Research On Chinese Risk Communication Legal System Of Food Safety

FOOD SAFETY LAW newly revised in 2015,put forward risk communication for the first time,and there are a number of provisions involving risk communication.For lack of theory and system framework supporting,it is only a systemprototype of food safety risk communication and exists many limitations.Neglecting the characteristics of food safety risk and ignoring information asymmetries,the current concept of food safety risk communication is often directly copy risk communication theory.Therefore,the paper introduces the Theory of Information Asymmetries in the micro information economics,studies how to stimulate more stakeholders to disclose information on food safety risks,arouses the motivation of all parties involved in risk communication and tries to consummate the concepts and legal system of food safety risk communication.Based on the analysis of current food safety system,it introduces the theory of information asymmetries and demonstrates its applicability in the field of food safety risk.Food safety risk has its own characteristics,classification,stakeholders,and risk information.In addition,there are two kinds of information asymmetries: information asymmetries both in enterprise Production and government regulation field.In the following chapters,The paper separately discuss the performance?consequences ? reasons and legal corrective actions about risk information asymmetries in the two field.The last chapter is how to consummate food safety risk communication concept and current Legal system.
