Farmers' political participation along with the development of rural economy,culture,the transformation of government functions and the continuous improvement of the system of rural self-government and other factors change.The development of socialist democratic politics can not be separated from the research on the problem of peasants' political participation,and the political participation of farmers affects the development of the whole country.At this stage,China's farmers' political participation in the environment is more relaxed,political identification,farmers' political participation in the value orientation is more unique,resulting in a more strong desire to participate in political participation.But as a result of China's thousands of feudal shackles,the lack of democratic tradition,the development of the modern democratic politics is not very good,the cultural level of farmers is generally low,poor awareness of the rule of law,legal system is not perfect,existing farmers political participation channel is not smooth enough,these factors work together to force lead to peasants' non institutionalized political participation is an expanding trend.To develop socialist democratic politics,the farmers realize the general political participation,national program for farmers' political participation in the creation of the more wide space,farmers also need to learn scientific and cultural knowledge,improve the ability of life-long learning to better political participation.Improve the cultural level of farmers and the degree of organization of political participation,and guide the orderly political participation of farmers,improve the political participation of special groups of countermeasures,to provide more options for the political participation of farmers.Using cause and effect analysis to deeply understand the value of political participation of farmers,concept definition of farmers' political participation with the literature research method,using the method of historical study summary stage of Chinese peasants' political participation form and characteristics,the main use of causal analysis and system analysis and put forward the current problems and reasons existing in the process of Chinese peasants' political participation,and according to the special groups is proposed according to the strategy,and to further study is put forward,in order to form a perfect socialism with Chinese characteristics of peasants' political participation system and route.
