Development Of China Perspective Of Global Governance And Changes Of Chinese Policy Participation In Global Governance

The Theory of Global Governance originates Western Sociology,Political Science and The Theory of International Politics.It's performance of Capitalist Globalization in the field of International relations and ideology.Global Governance was once considered as a way for the Western powers to provide global public goods,even as a way for International public power distribution.Thus,most developing countries are more cautious in participating in global governance at begins.With the international financial crisis breaking out,developed economies of Europe and America was hit.Crisis makes Western society increasingly feel that they were powerless in global governance.Developing countries,such as China,are influencing Global governance and international order with their growth forces.Based on the new changes in the balance of power which resulted by global financial crisis,the change in terms of subject,systems and structures in Global Governance is increasingly beneficial to developing countries.Therefore,There has been new developments and changes in the research on Global Governance.As we all know,theories would guide practice.Our policy which is in participate in global governance will adjust to the changes of theoretical basis.On the basis of analyzing the major development and changes of global governance theory in different periods,this paper studied the core elements which China's participation in global governance process of policy adjustment.This paper is divided into five parts,the First chapter makes a systematic comment on the research at home and abroad.Besides,this part illustrates the difficulties and innovation of this study.The Second chapter describes the forming background of global governance theory and its connotation,then this chapter makes a thorough inquiry into the academic study of the of global governance theoretical basis.The Third chapter has a deep research of the development history about the theory of global governance in China,and the research focuses on the main changes of these core elements belonged to the theoretical connotation.The Fourth chapter in the study of China's policy changes in the participation of global governance.And at the same time,this chapter mainly study on the key points in the decision-making level in different periods of participation in global governance.Finally,based on analyzing the development tendency,the Fifth Chapter looks into the prospects' distance of China's participation in global governance.
