We have entered the first technical impact, and then only to discuss, develop countermeasures passive situation, the network spread over negative information is one typical aspect.Influence of Internet in society increasingly irreversible trend, but the health of the network run media did not influence their audience and audience growth rate- in network media themselves are not well developed, the audience is not mature customize when a large number of network media and the spread of negative information it had poured into the audience, the audience in the use of online media, from the network intrusion is under negative information.
