As one of the most significant laws for promoting the construction of the harmonious socialist society of People's Republic of China, Employment Promotion Law is both the survival economic base and essential condition of blending into society and sharing the results of the economic society development for every laborer. Employment has a vital bearing on the people's livelihood. Promoting employment links to the benefits of hundreds of millions laborers in China. It is the important base for promoting the harmonious development of society and maintaining prolonged stability of China. Promoting employment is the foundation of the country's stability.Recently, some essays mention the research of the specific content in Employment Promotion Law about equal employment, employment assistance etc and put forward the advice about sounding the legal system, strengthening the legal protection and so on. But those mostly focus on the discussion on the theoretical level. Generally, in recent years, domestic scholars have made many achievements of the legal research of the employment promotion and some of them have discussed about the related legal work in the developed areas. However, there are rare essays doing the empirical study about the implementation of Employment Promotion Law in Xinjiang province. The paper undertakes this aspect trying to do the empirical study based on the specific survey reports and related articles, makes a further clarification of the implementation of Employment Promotion Law in Xinjiang and proposes some advice according to the existing problems.Employment Promotion Law was promulgated and implemented officially on January 1st 2008. Till now, it has been implemented for over 7 years. Among these 7 years, there has been a huge change of the international economy home and abroad, which means the environment of this law has also become different. Under the guidance of Professor Xue Changli and the help of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the paper makes the analysis and summary according to the field study results of the effects and the interruption of service in Xinjiang since the Employment Promotion Law was executed. Basing on the practice, the paper analyzed the effect of the implementation from four aspects: fundamental analysis, general analysis, concrete analysis and the construction of the implementation system. Also, it clarifies the implementation of Employment Promotion Law in Xinjiang and proposes some advice for the existing problems.
