The Countermeasure Research On Publicizing Police Agencies' Law Enforcement

The enactment of "Provisions of Publicizing Police Agencies'Law Enforcement" shows the tendency of police agencies to be aligned with the notion of service-oriented government so as to respect and protect the human right and innovate the social administration.Open enforcement of public security organizations is a necessary requirementto promote a fair and transparent law enforcement. It is also an organic unity of standard law enforcement and the internal and external inspection. Currently, in the process of implementing open law enforcement,there are phenomena such as light consciousness, unclear scope of disclosure, single way and so on. Superficial, official and hysteretic law enforcement is still a prominent problem. To this end, this paper aims to further promote the level of law enforcement from the aspects of the background and content of law enforcement, the real work status in public law enforcement, analysis and optimization of countermeasures. This paper also discusses how to rely on open law enforcement to cultivate social justice, actively explore legal and social effects and play an active role in building a harmonious society.
