Deng Xiaoping's Thought Of Human Right Studies

The issue of human rights is a focus of the political struggle in the world, and is also widely talked about the popular topics. With the development of the construction of human rights in our country, the party and the government pay more and more attention to human rights issues, the party's 16 th national congress putted "respect and safeguard human rights" into the party constitution,the second session of the tenth National People's Congress first introduced "human rights " into our country's constitution. Since then human rights was transformed from the country's ruling party political target into an important principle of the constitution and the will of the country and people. In such a big background, the systematic and deep study of Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights is of great significance.This article is divided into four parts.The first part discusses the historical basis, theory origin and practice foundation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights, and points out that Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights is the inheritance and development of marxism-leninism and Mao Zedong thought, and is also the conclusion of our country socialist construction experience lesson,especially the construction of scientific summary of practical experience of human rights.The second part discusses the basic content of Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights, that is, Deng Xiaoping stressed state sovereignty over human rights; Right to survival and development is a major human rights; Main body of human rights is the vast majority of people; Social stability is the important guarantee to realize human rights;Using system and legal to safeguard human rights; Paying more attention to the human rights of the minority; Hegemonism and power politics is a violation of human rights.The third part expounds the main characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights. That is, based on Chinese reality; Paying attention totheoretical innovation; Counterattacking westernization trend; Emphasizing the guidance of practice.The fourth part values the significance of Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights,and points out that the theoretical contribution of Deng Xiaoping's thought of human rights mainly lies in the enriching and developing the Marxist thought of human rights,and provides a theoretical basis to criticize western myth of human rights and promote human rights legislation in China. The main practical significance is guiding the construction of human rights in our country, maintaining the national sovereignty and stability, promoting the human rights practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
