In modern judicial systems, The importance of judges is self-evident. Precisely because of this, the supervision of judge acts, disciplinary law and discipline of judges is extremely important. There are still many problems in the judge disciplinary of Mainland District. Such as the body, procedures, measures of the system needs to be changed. Neither the system now can effectively discipline judges nor can effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of judges. Supreme People's Court promulgated the "Opinions of the Supreme People's Court on deepening the comprehensive reform of the People's Court " in 2015, which clearly that "At national and provincial shall be established the judge disciplinary committee which participate separately by the judges and the relevant personnel." For defend the judge's rights of verbalism debate, cross-examination and relief, but also discipline judges who violate the discipline. All of these prove that our country has been aware of the importance of judges disciplinary system.June 2011 The Taiwan passed, "The law of Judge," Which had been researched for ten years. "The law of Judge" have set down the judge disciplinary system, which are professional and independence. Since Taiwan and the Mainland share the same strain cultural heritage and legal traditions. Both sides across the Straits have similarities in terms of legal culture, social values, etc. After years of judicial reform, Taiwan has accumulated a wealth of theoretical and practical experience, Which has the vital significance for the Mainland judge disciplinary system.In this paper, I set up the theme as "improve the independence of the judiciary, Reconstruct the judges disciplinary system, improve the credibility of the judiciary", set up around the issues as "What kind of problems are there in the mainland judges disciplinary system", "What kind of reason that cause the problem," and "How to make it perfect." I will through research and experience of Taiwan District judge disciplinary system, in order to improve the Mainland judge disciplinary system.
