Analysis And Design Based On 3G Network Wireless Video Monitoring System For The Work Of Public Security

Video monitoring is an indispensable part of the public security normal work, for monitoring district public security has great importance in tracking down the criminal. But for a long time, most of the public security system is completed by the traditional cable network monitoring. This kind of monitoring system bears a list of shortages, for instance, high cost, low speed, lacking of flexibility, limited monitoring area and easily be recognized, which hardly meet the demand of the public security work. Now with the development of wireless network technology, especially the development of 3G network technology, mobile operators can provide very fast data transmission speed. The wireless network technology has gradually penetrated into the daily life of various fields, and the video monitoring system is no exception. Video monitoring technology combined with computer technology, network technology and multimedia technology, can make the process of tracking down the criminal more convenient, faster and the information more reliable. With the development of 3G wireless network technology, the video monitoring technology is also constantly updated. The 3G network wireless monitoring system, whose costs are lower and automation more advanced, will be the main tool in the public security video monitoring work.Starting with practice, this paper analysis the deficiency of the cable monitoring system. And combined with the embedded system, 3G wireless network, H.264 video compression, DirectShow and other aspects of technology and theory, the author designs and builds the normal work in public security based on 3G network wireless video monitoring system. After studying the feasibility of the current monitoring the hardware and software, the author designs a video acquisition front-end system with high performance, low cost and convenience. The system is divided into two parts, the hardware and the software. The hardware takes use of the DM6446 as the main chip, together with some interface, like USB, video input, storage these common interface, which can make the collection plate function normally and get system optimized. The Microsoft DirectShow API is used to design the PC monitoring software, so that we can get processed remote image.Though this kind of wireless video monitoring system, together with the traditional information investigating method, network detection technology, we can get the criminal suspect's identity, address and the laws of committing criminal. With the convincing evidence and rigid reasoning, cases could be solved and the society could keep stability.
