Open justice system today is the construction of a system essential to the rule of law, which has been proposed is based on the realization of democratic rights, achieve justice open system that can guarantee the democratic rights of citizens information, participation and supervision, etc., can be transparent, Publication of judicial work, to curb judicial corruption, remediation unhealthy, improve motivation and accountability of the judicial workers, inspection of fair and equitable judicial decisions, so that the judicial process to get a good run.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first of the connotation of open justice system, the significance and the development process are described, and the status of implementation of the system were analyzed, focusing on the existing mechanisms and describe the specific platform. The third chapter presents problems of open justice system, analyze the system of open justice immature, needs improvement, thought-provoking. Finally, we put forward detailed recommendations for improvement of judicial public system under the justice system so as to solve the problems. It aimed at strengthening the communication of people with the judiciary, improve the judicial system construction, rectify judicial culture, enhance the credibility of the judicial minds of the people.
