Our country has become an aging society since 2000 and there were 0.222 billion old people by the end of 2015 in China, which provides a realistic basis for old-care marketization under the condition of shortage in old-care service offered by the government and the weak function of old-care supplied by families. On account of the large potential and bright future for Chinese endowment industry, how can endowment enterprises provide superior and one-stop service to the old is a question worth studying. As old people seek for reality, convenience and serviceability when they consume, the paper points that there is a need for these enterprises to build platform and integrated endowment enterprises to integrate resources such as old-care providers in the market so as to provide one-stop service and create value for the old and realize enterprise value.The research design of this paper is as follows: the first part comes up with the topic,namely business model of endowment enterprises, systematizes the literature related to old-care, and gives the definition of the business model of endowment enterprises from the angle of resource integrating; the second part introduces the fundamental basis of endowment enterprises development in detail; the third part classifies the old into separate categories and analyses the value proposition of different old people on the basis in order to provide better service value to them; the fourth part mainly discusses how to create value for the old by building platform and integration; the fifth part talks about how endowment enterprises gain value from the perspective of cost and revenue; the sixth part describes how endowment enterprises gain customer value by case analysis; the seventh part is the conclusions of this paper and perspective of the research. |
