Study Of The Construction Of Anti-corruption Issue In The Colleges And Universities

With the further development of China's reform and opening up, China's higher education has made breakthrough rapidly, which indicates its new starting point. There are many problems, however, in the process of higher education development. Among them, the problem of anti-corruption construction in universities is one of the most important issues. As the holy land of training senior professional talents, universities have to face the problem of how to analyze and strengthen the construction of anti-corruption seriously.There are various problems in the construction of anti-corruption in universities, and there are many complicated factors, which are the internal and external causes of the subjective and objective reasons. These problems not only affect the harmonious development in universities, but also the image of universities, making the phenomenon of corruption in universities showing a rising trend. How to find the origin of these issues, discern the essence through the phenomenon, to predict the future development trend and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, which has a important significance to our talent training and anti-corruption in universities.Through access to relevant documents, the paper tries to reveal the problems in the construction of anti-corruption institutions and put forward the countermeasures to the problem by using the questionnaire survey. For this purpose, this thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly discussing the reason, research purpose and the significance at home and abroad, research ideas and methods; the second chapter is the basic theory, by Marx, Engels, Lenin and the party building thought of independent and Chinese Communist Party leader of the party and the anti-corruption thought; through the research in universities for the anti-corruption construction, the third chapter is an inevitable choice in institutions of higher learning and the party building, which is an important content for the inevitable requirement of cultivating qualified talents. The construction of harmonious campus is the inherent requirement to the rule, to analyze the anti-corruption construction in colleges. Through social concern and participation object from multiplicity, urgency, industry it presents some characteristics of anti-corruption construction in universities; the fourth chapter shows a in-depth discussion about absence and causes of anti-corruption implement, the rise of economic bribery crime to show unwholesome tendencies to leadership decision-making mechanism imperfectly; the fifth chapter puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems, creating a new situation on the construction of anti-corruption for ensuring clean, and promoting the construction of anti-corruption system and the cultivation of clean government, putting forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems of anti corruption construction in universities to advocate honesty campus fashion in three aspects; the sixth chapter is the conclusion. The core part of this paper lies in the third chapter, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, which mentions, in the third chapter, the anti-corruption construction significance and characteristic is the cornerstone of this paper; the chapter four is the problem-solving and analysis; chapter five is the aim to solve the problem.
