Research On China Honest Government Culture In New Era

Clean and honest culture is an important part of advanced socialist culture,and is also intellectual guarantee to promote anti-corruption to operate more effectively.Moreover,it is the inherent meaning of building harmonious society of socialism as well.Entering the new era,especially since the 18 th National Congress was held,our party has put forward a series of requirements from the overall height of global horizon,for instance,we will build clean and honest culture with Chinese characteristics,put more emphasis on strengthening anti-corruption,and gradually establish and perfect the preventive and punishment system against corruption.At present,although we have made some progress with regard to combating corruption and promoting integrity,some cases still occur,and this indicates that the root of corruption has not yet been removed completely.The ruling foundation of the Party and the speed of development of the entire society in all aspects will be seriously affected without resolving corruption.It is of great importance to do research on the topic of building of clean and honest culture in China in the new era.By starting from the definition of connotation and denotation of clean and honest culture,this paper illustrates its scientific connotation,theoretical origin and practical significance,analyzes its current situation,and reveals the main problems existing in the building of clean and honest cultural construction.Finally,targeting the current problems,the author made some proposals to the approaches and countermeasures in regard to the building of clean and honest culture.On the basis of scientific method and principles,the author strives to comprehensively analyze and carry out research on the relevant theories and practical regulations,so as to ensure that clean and honest cultural construction can be more in line with China's national conditions and plays its due role in combating corruption and promoting integrity.
