Research On Mao Zedong's Thoughts On Building A Clean Government

Anti-corruption and clean government construction are related to the future and destiny of socialist countries and Marxist political parties,to the overall situation of national development,to the economic and social harmony and stability,and to the fundamental interests of the people.Comrade Mao Zedong,as the core of the first generation of central collective leadership of the Communist Party of China,has made concrete and historical thought according to the anti-corruption situation and task requirements faced by the Communist Party of China in different historical periods in the course of leading the new democratic revolution and the socialist revolution and construction.They have also proposed the specific measures to solve different corruption questions,and has formed a complete set of clean government construction theory system of rich in contents and distinctive in characteristics.Based on this,Mao Zedong's thought of building a clean and honest government has always been the guide of our Party's action in anti-corruption work.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly proposed to that we should strengthen the construction of a clean and honest Party style and the anti-corruption struggle.In 2012,during the first collective study of the Political Bureau of the 18th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that the whole Party must firmly grasp the general requirements for the construction of the Party and constantly improve its ability to reject corruption,prevent degeneration and resist risks.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping further pointed out that we must adhere to anti-corruption without forbidden zone,with full coverage and zero tolerance.In the new era,although our country has achieved some results in building a clean and honest Party,but still faces many difficulties and the challenge.Whereby,we review and discuss Mao Zedong's thought of building a clean and honest government,sum up historical experience and lessons.And I hope to draw some spiritual supplies that are of profound significance to strengthening the construction of a clean and honest Party conduct in China,especially the construction of anti-corruption and building a clean government.This article focuses on Mao Zedong's thought of building a clean government,mainly discusses the content of five parts.The first part,as the introduction part of this paper,mainly focuses on the significance of the selected topic of the thesis,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,innovations and shortcomings of systematic analysis of four aspects of Mao Zedong's thought of building a clean and honest government.The article also analyzes the theoretical viewpoint of experts and scholars at home and abroad.These theoretical points provide targeted guidance for the creation of this paper,and then looks for a new way of thinking which is beneficial to new era's construction of clean government in our country.It also provides new ideas that is beneficial to the construction of a clean and honest government and the struggle against corruption in the new era.The second,third and fourth parts are mainly to systematically analyze the cultural origins,the background of the times,the sources of theories and the practical foundation of Mao Zedong's thought of building a clean and honest government.They divide Mao Zedong's thought of building a clean and honest government into two stages during the period of leading the Chinese people to carry out the new-democratic revolution and the socialist revolution and construction.They also refine,summarize and sum up the four basic contents of cultivating clean and honest government with ideological education,promoting clean and honest government in work style,protecting clean and honest government with the system,urging clean and honest government with democracy,and then summarize the three main characteristics of unity of inheritance and creativity,unity of comprehensiveness and emphasis,unity of class nature and people nature.The fifth part is mainly based on a profound understanding of Mao Zedong's thought of building a clean and honest government,and systematically analyzes the theoretical value and practical value of this thought to the construction of a clean and honest Party style and the anti-corruption struggle in the new era.The theoretical value is mainly embodied in promoting the sinicization of Marxist thought of building a clean and honest government and laying the theoretical foundation for the construction of a clean and honest Party style and the anti-corruption struggle in the new era;The practical value is mainly embodied in enriching the content of building a clean and honest Party style in the new era and guiding the work of building a
