The problem of the paper mainly focuses on two aspects. O ne is how to perfect and improve legal game theory. The other is how to apply legal game theory into the legal practice of C hina Pilot Free Trade Zone.Firstly, the development of legal game theory in C hina is not as good as we think. It demonstrates as follows: on one hand, many researchers regard game theory as mainstream, which likes the framework of the building. In this way, the integrity of the legal theory will always be ruined. O n the other hand, people pay more attention to case study, in which legal game theory will be kept unconstructed. Therefore, it is imperative to respond to that theoretically before we analysis the legal institutions of China Pilot Free Trade Zone. Specifically, legal game theory is based on legal theory and is devoted to these two questions: law as the rule of game theory and legal system derived from games and evolutionary games. The questions are corresponding to the application of law and the legislation, which tries to explain the concept, enactment, evolution and ope ration of law with game theory.Secondly, to enact primarily, transformation of government functions and judicial safeguards are the cruc ial issues of legal systems of China Pilot Free Trade Zone. We mainly pay attention to analyzing the operation of law with game theory and find ing out how the mechanism of inspiration, coordination and signal transmission work. With reviewing of games among government, society, civilian and any other game parties in China Pilot Free Trade Zone, we will evaluate the effects of legal systems, which intends to promote the further development of C hina Pilot Free Trade Zone.
