Research On Chinese Demobilized Officers Resettlement

The resettlement of demobilized officers is related to military construction,national security and social stability,it is the common responsibility of the whole society. It obtained some results in practice. However, because of the improvement of socialist market economic system and the reform on politics system, the current resettlement of demobilized officers has gradually revealed drawbacks and unsuitable to the market mechanism of employing persons. It has restricted reform process of the state and the army. The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist has proposed to improving policies of the replacement of veterans on the officer system of professionalism. Therefore, it has become a top priority to construct the new resettlement system which is fit to the officer professionalism and the social development situation.The article manly discusses on the resettlement of demobilized officers under the professionalism of the officer system guide. The paper first introduces the relating concept of demobilized officers resettlement and professionalism,also it provides a detailed analysis of the present policies and situation the resettlement of demobilized officers, then it analyzes the problems of present two major ways: planned resettlement and officers who will find jobs on their own. Secondly, by the introduction of the reform of officer professionalism,it find out the deep dilemmas between resettlement system and professionalism of army officers.
