Car hiring app is a new industry that emerged under the era of sharing economic mode. Since 2010, domestic hiring car apps have been developing for six years. DIDI and UBER are the two dominant apps that govern the marketing shares in most metropolises. Though they provide convenient trips for people, they have a lot problem, especially its legality, its lack of regulations synchronized supervisioncontributes to those problems in different countries. In order to propose solutions for supervisingdomestic car hiring apps, the paper based on the current situation and supervision towards car hiring apps, collecting supervised problems that has rooted in this industry, analyzing and borrowing policies and attitudes from America, Australia, France and England for furtherresearching to promote the stable development for domestic car hiring apps.
