The Status Investigation And Countermeasure Of Zhejiang Shiliping Drug Rehabilitation Center

The drug problem is a global issue. As the economy and society developing, drug situation of China is grim. According to the status from NNCC, drug abuse in our country is on the rise, and the number of illegal criminal activity caused by drug also increased. As a result, the public security faces severe challenges. As the Anti-Drug Law of PRC and the regulation on Drug Rehabilitation go into effect separately on June 1, 2008 and June 26, 2011, China established a characteristic drug rehabilitation system, including medical drug rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, compulsory isolated rehabilitation and government rehabilitation.In 2006, in order to enriching the drug rehabilitation system and the method of social management, Judiciary of PRC initiated a brand drug rehabilitation measure that is undertaken by administrative organization of justice. After 10 years of effort, drug rehabilitation centers around the country have established native characteristic regimes, concluding scientific and effective experiences. Although Zhejiang Shiliping drug rehabilitation center created a new work program, the current situation of drug rehabilitation development has some problems, such as, the status of drug rehabilitation is not clear, the number of drug abstainers is too small, and the professionalization of staff is laggard.The countermeasures of drug rehabilitation include the following aspects: firstly, we should clear the object of receiving drug abstainers and strengthen the publicity capability. Secondly, build reasonable knowledge structure and full-scale skills to solve the problems above. Thirdly, introduce co-construction pattern between drug rehabilitation center and the family of drug abstainer. With the effort of two parties, the drug rehabilitation as a brand measure of society management could devote to the long-time stability of the state and the sustainable development will come true.
