Justice is the most important core factor for performance appraisal which was the most important parts for human resource management, and also a direct influence factor for Employees’ pay and promotion. Justice promotion on performance appraisal in compulsory-isolation drug rehabilitation center is a very significance practical issue on human resource management, because it would give some motivation on polices’ work enthusiasm and enhance theirs work performance. The job satisfaction of police in compulsory-isolated drug rehabilitation centre can effectively reflected their job attitude and their psychological health status, and also can effectively reflected the performance of human resource management for drug rehabilitation centre. The justice perception on job performance appraisal of police in drug rehabilitation center may influence their job satisfaction. Based on this inference, this study set the perception justices of performance appraisal and job satisfaction as our study contents, and studied their association in a sample of police in drug rehabilitation centers, also studied the moderation effects of demographic factors between them.The participators in the sample for this study were random selected form two compulsory-isolation drug rehabilitation centers. After selected, a questionnaire package contained demographic, perception justices of performance appraisal scale and job satisfaction scale was filled by them. Two hundred and twenty six effective cases were included in the finial analysis. Data was handled and analyzed on the software of SPSS 19.0. Reliability analysis, independent sample t test, One-Way ANOVA, partial correlation and multiple stepwise regressions were used in this study. Research Findings: the scales both assessment the perception of justice on performance appraisal and job satisfaction have a good reliability.(2) The score of Perception of Justice on Performance Appraisal and job satisfaction, both for total and factor scores were significant difference among difference levels for social demography factors.(3) Several demography factors were significant correlated with the perception of justice on performance appraisal and job satisfaction, and act as influence factors for them.(4) The association between the perception of justice on performance appraisal and job satisfaction were significant for police in compulsory-isolation drug rehabilitation center, their correlations were significant, and the perception of justice on performance appraisal can significant predicted the factors of job satisfaction.(5) The moderation effects of some social demography factors were significant between the perception of justice on performance appraisal and job satisfaction. Based on these empirical findings also the sufficient discussion for these findings, we concluded that the distribution, procedure and interactive justices of the perception of justice on performance appraisal were significant associated with both inherent and external job satisfaction, and this association was moderated by several social demography factors. At the end of this dissertation, several points of promotion strategies were suggested on the perception of justice on performance appraisal and the job satisfaction for police in compulsory-isolated drug rehabilitation centre, which combined with the contents of discussion. Last, the limitations of this study were pointed and the prospects of the succeeding study were depicts.This study offered some data which depicted the characteristics on the perception of justice on performance appraisal and the job satisfaction for police in compulsory-isolated drug rehabilitation centre, and also depicted the association between two variables. The conclusions of this study can give some date demonstration for polices’ status of justice on performance appraisal and the job satisfaction on the one hand, one the other hand, it also can give some date reference for promotion strategies on the perception of justice on performance appraisal which promoted the job satisfaction ultimately for police in compulsory-isolated drug rehabilitation centre.
