The Power Construction Of Cybersecurity

With the developing of the technology, cyberspace has been more and more outstanding in the modern civilization, which makes the cybersecurity a hot issue. As totally a new manufactural technology domain, cyberspace has got the technic support from the physical domain, as well as the support from the cognitional domain when it was built up. Therefore, when it comes the cybersecurity, the security of the physical domain and the cognitional domain should be considered both. It requests not only the technic measures, but also the idea construction from the cognitional domain to build up a power structure to secure the cyberspace. When the Realist Constructivism ensure the existence of the real world, it emphasizes the construction of the idea, which is just agree with the situation of the cyberspace developing. It would be practicability to study the cyberspace through the Realist Constructivism theory.The Realist Constructivism provides 4 kinds of powers to study the international relations. When it comes to the cyberspace, those 4 kinds of powers would be too complex to study this issue. Alexander Wendt, one of the fouders of Constructivism,has showed 3 levels for cognition progresses, which can be borrowed here to differ the powers. Combined with the dignities cognitions,the power in the cyberspace can be divided as the progress power, the structural power, and the resource power. The power distribution of nowadays helps keep a temporary stable state of cybersecurity, but the short-comes and the hidden dangers would accumulate, which might show up in the future and make the cyberspace a dangerous situation. The United States is the inventor of cyberspace, as well as the most important actor and the biggest beneficiary. The U.S is able to and responsible for a more secure cyberspace. But unfortunately, the Unite States seeks for the absolute cybersecurity, grabs the benefits of cyberspace unilaterally,and propagates American Value without restrictions, which make a quite negative impact on the cyberspace security. The Unite States should act as its capability makes it,to help build up the confidence, push forward the international cooperation and govern,remove the gap between the rich and the poor, construct a prosperous and secure cyberspace.
