The technologies that compose equipment and technology system are closely contacted, which make joint effort to support the equipment of the system and the ability to meet the demand. The key technologies of equipment and technology systems are of great impact to improvement of system capacity and need satisfaction. How to evaluate the importance of technology in the equipment system and the impact on other technologies and systems and finding the key technologies are very important.In this report, we explore the assessment methods of Equipment technical system network modeling and key technologies.For specific combat missions, we firstly do deep analysis on equipment and technology system and establish technical system network, and finally propose evaluation metrics of equipment technical system and key technologies from the perspective of the network structure analysis on the basis of technical system network model.Of the full text, the main content and innovations are as follows:(1) For specific operational missions, the paper discusses the equipment and technology system network modeling framework and the associations among each equipment technologies(collaboration, dependence, mutual exclusion). We obtain the technology system network model through the establishment of technology node and edge technology system model and state a method of getting information about the network modeling by analysing the view model and operational activities. In the modeling process of associations among technologies, the problem has been simplified to classify only associations, without regard to strength of the association of the relevant properties.(2) Based on the content analysis of the key technologies, we discuss the necessity and feasibility of transformation where assessing the key technologies from traditional methods to the structural analysis of network and give related indicators of the importance degree of the technical assessment from the perspective of the structure of the network, and then we can determine the key technology and equipment technology system using the importance index sort results. This evaluation method overcomes the shortcomings of multi-attribute assessment and reflect the importance of technology in equipment and technology system in the local and global network structure.(3) Based on the research of equipment technology system network modeling and assessment methods of key technologies, in the case of missile defense technology system, we analyze the ability of the system and equipment requirements, and then we get the associations among the major technologies involved by the method proposed in the article. At last we can acquire key technologies of the system in the use of proposed evaluation index of technical importance degree on the base of the built network modeling of the missile defense equipment system.
