In order to enable people who were disabled to live with dignity and to reduce the burden of the families of disabled persons futher.The CDPF carried out a document related to the spirit of the conference about intelligence and mental disabled people foster service work.It is pointed out that the care and support institutions should be set up by the organizations of the CDPF to provide care services for the mentally handicapped and the mentally handicapped with more stable condition, and those who can not take care of themselves or have difficulties in taking care of themselves.Objective:Through the research of 80 cases of children cerebral palsy whom aged 2-9 in Shenyang health recovery center. Exploring their improve level of cognitive, language, sports functions, self-care and social adaptation ability by conductive education, And then provides medicine evidence of clinical rehabilitation.Methods:Shenyang rehabilitation centers 80 cases of cerebral palsy children was divided into treatment group that children make the conductive education and control group whom parents voluntarily choose to accept traditional rehabilitation. After six months of study. Comparative analysis the two groups integrated functions data by using SPSS16.0.Results:After six months rehabilitation, 1.Group with Group:(1)Compare with the control group, the treatment group make significantly improved in the cognitive, language, self-care and social adaptability, p<0.05;(2)Compare with the control group, the treatment group points significantly rising in the cognitive, language, self-care and social adaptability, p<0.05;(3) Sports functions did not difference, p>0.05. 2.Inside Group: Compared with the spastic cerebral palsy children, the treatment group?s cognitive, language, sports functions, self-care and social adaptation progress more obviously, p<0.05.Conclusion:The systematic analysis through the research of 80 case of children cerebral palsy assessment scores before and after treatment of cognitive, language, sports functions, ability of daily life and social adaptation ability by conductive education,concluded as follows:1.Both of the traditional methods of rehabilitation and the conductive education have effection, but, the later improved significantly.2.Both of the traditional methods of rehabilitation and the conductive education is effective for sports functions,but have no significant difference between the two sides.3.The conductive education can make significantly improved in the cognitive, language, self-care and social adaptability.4.The conductive education is worth at all levels of rehabilitation centers, community and the family promotion and application.
