| With the rapid economical development,more and more migrant workers joined into the city's workforce in China.Meanwhile,difficulties for migrant workers to get their wage happening with increasing frequency and have great influences on enterprises,migrant wor-kers and social stability.The purpose to study on migrant workers to get their wage is to maintain social stability and harmonious labour relations and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers.The external reasons of unpaid migrant workers mainly caused by the downward of economy,the shortcomings of the legal system and the imperf-ect of government supervisory system.And also caused by lack of legal knowledge,living in difficult conditions and similar psychological of migrant workers.The study connecting with the concrete examples of Jinyun county,for mass incidents caused by migrant workers unpaid status quo investigation,analysis the basic situation of migrant workers to get their wage from enterprise in the county,through investigation,explore the methods of local government and the related institutions how to deal with this situation.Including implement territorial responsibility,resolve problem in organizations at the lowest level,put the administration into fullplay,intensify punishment on responsibility department and strengthen the management of "working capital",and "deposit ".Analysised the major problems of governance,including the back pay is intensifide,the situation of making use of migrant workers to ask for project funds is increasingly prominent,Labor supervision department lack of enforcement measures.From the government,enterprises,migrant workers three aspects to analyze reasons.Lastly,we proposed strengthening the daily work of legal publicity and education,improve the quality of labor market,optimize the environment of enterprise development,prevent and resolve the labor conflict effectively and strengthen the punishment system. |
