Solution Of Data Access Middleware In E-Government System

With the development of the government information process,many isolated government department systems such as property management system, people's livelihood service portal, personnel management system and so on, Their data sharing needs is more and more high. But there is still a serious problem of "information island" in various government departments, the data between the various departments and the industry can not be shared, causing the waste of resources and low efficiency problems. The middleware technology can achieve a good resource data between different platforms or different application environment of the e-government information sharing, which can also improve the utilization rate in investment and reduce manpower infrastructure investment, the service efficiency will be improved effectively.This paper introduces the development of e-government system and middleware technology in detail, and describes the theory and technology related to middleware technology. Then we design a data access middleware solution of e-government system,and design it's SOA services architecture, e-government service bus, XML data exchange mechanism in detail,realizing the e-government data access for different users to share and exchange requirements. In order to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity and non repudiation of information exchange, security mechanism is designed,including identification and authentication, access control and authorization, data security protection PKI security middleware and other aspects to manage and control the electronic government affairs information data access module.Finally, the middleware solution is tested. The results show that the middleware solution designed can realize the function of e-government data source sharing and exchanging,the desired purpose is also achieved.
