In recent years,with the development of Internet technology,governments have been promoting the construction of e-government.However,the data sharing process between government departments is relatively complicated,and the data of different departments often lack uniform standards and formats.These problems have caused information barriers between different departments.To build a platform to integrate and share the data from different departments has brought new paths and methods to solve the information barriers between departments.During the construction of the data sharing and exchange platform,since the sharing and exchange of data relies on the synchronization between the departmental database and the data center database,the efficiency of data synchronization has become a key issue for the platform.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements a government affairs data sharing and exchange platform.Using distributed deployment and centralized management architecture,the platform provides services for the interconnection and intercommunication of cross-regional,cross-departmental,and cross-platform system databases.It guarantees safe,convenient,fast,and smooth information exchange while ensuring the consistency and accuracy of data.The main work of the paper is as follows:(1)Requirement analysis.According to the needs of government personnel,the platform is divided to three modules: data source management,resource service and basic configuration.The thesis first studies the differences and boundaries between the modules,then defines the participants of the platform,and finally explains the functions and interaction processes available to the participants in the modules.Subsequently,the unified modeling language is used to describe the permissions and certifications of the operators and auditors of the platform.Then some of the functions such as add database tables,data synchronization and resource loading are introduced in detail.At the same time,the non-functional requirements of the system are described;(2)Design and implementation.This part combines with the needs of the platform.The thesis first designs and gives a logical architecture diagram of the system,then explains the hierarchical structure of the system.The process of data synchronization from data to storage,access,business processing and visualization is explained.The authorization mechanism of the system stratifies the role and authorization,and realizes the isolation of the authorization of users with different roles.The platform uses incremental extraction of database logs for data synchronization,reducing system load and users’ waiting time for data.Finally,the thesis describes the design and implementation process of the system,and uses class diagrams or sequence diagrams to describe the implementation process and interaction logic of the key functions of the system;(3)System test.After completing the design and coding of the platform,a test environment is set up in the user’s department.Test cases are designed for the key functions of the system,and detailed tests are performed according to the test cases step by step.Finally,nonfunctional tests of the system are performed to verify the response time of the system and whether the performance meets the design requirements;After system testing,the modules and functions of the platform are operating normally,the feedback to the input meets expectations,and the response time and performance meet the design requirements.The front-end page of the system is displayed normally,which can provide users with normal user experience and input feedback,and meet the needs of government personnel for government data sharing and exchange.
