Therefore, strengthen working in villages cadres of the incentive management, establish and improve various incentive system, improve working in villages of cadres' work enthusiasm and initiative, give full play to its special function, is an urgent task.This paper takes Fujian province to serve the village cadres incentive management as the research object, using the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and interview method, based on the investigation of Fujian province to serve the Village Cadres Incentive satisfaction, sort of important factors that influence the incentive effect, and the actual situation of the incentive factors were analyzed, pointed out that the effectiveness of the existing the incentive management and the existing problems and shortcomings, and from the incentive atmosphere desalination, incentive management variability etc. in-depth analysis of the causes of problems, on this basis, from the construction organization incentive atmosphere, strengthen self motivation, reference advanced incentive measures to optimize the incentive system framework and establish and improve the three aspects put forward countermeasures and supervision mechanism advice.
