Actively fulfill the social responsibility has become a important strategic choice for the sustainable development of enterprises,the donation is an important part of enterprises to fulfill social responsibility.As the classification of social responsibility issues,charitable giving can not only satisfy the rights and interests of stakeholders,and has become an important option for the enterprise strategic investment.In our cognitive,corporate philanthropy behavior seems to be profitable enterprises,and through the survey found that half of the loss of the enterprise is in the act of charity.For the losses of enterprises,their financial condition was not beautiful,so the charity behavior motives?Whether or not similar with profit enterprises?What is the impact of philanthropy?That is what this article want to explore the issue.In this paper,on the whole,along the questions-motivation-effect measure discusses the train of thought for loss of enterprise philanthropy,mainly analyzes the motive and effect of losses of corporate philanthropy.First of all,this paper combined with the current status of enterprise's charity behavior of losses to state the fact that,which leads to the topic,and carding the related literature at home and abroad;Secondly using the game theory,economics of utility loss to explain the motives of corporate philanthropy,such as loss analysis enterprise charity purpose;Again using the mathematical model on the effects of philanthropy is analyzed,finally summarizes the analysis enterprise philanthropy's impact on firm growth.By constructing a dynamic game model of two losses of enterprises and the loss of signal game model between enterprises and stakeholders,and analyses the loss of corporate philanthropy behavior for government subsidies,the role of the stakeholder trust again.Study found:on the one hand,enterprises for subsidies to cater to the charity behavior,in order to win more government subsidies;Through charitable signal transmission,on the other hand,enterprises can restore investor confidence in corporate stakeholders such as,continuous investment and gain more support stakeholders.In constructing the social awareness of charity behavior model,analyzes the factors affecting the effect of corporate philanthropy.Study found that perceived results not only associated with the brand and quality advantages of the enterprise,also hypocrisy and intensity of the spread of philanthropy,customers perceived sensitivity,customers buy base,at the same time involved in corporate social responsibility behavior of the past,etc.The effect of the loss of enterprise philanthropy because of difference of social perception.
