This study indicates that there is no significant relationship between corporate philanthropic behavior and corporate cash flow, but corporate reputation, corporate decision-making mechanism, government behaviors and Fund-raising requests from NPO influence corporate philanthropic behavior significantly. Moreover, the firms with different scale, at different stage of life cycle, in different industry-have different corporate philanthropic behaviors. The major innovation of this research is:First, based on theory and researches of impacting factors of corporation charitable donations by foreign scholars, this research builds a systematical and comprehensive analysis framework by considering both supply and demand of donations, and dividing impacting factors into internal and external groups.Second, this research deems Corporate Philanthropic Behavior as a two-category dependent variable. When the dependent variable equals 1, it represents the corporation conducts charitable donation; when the dependent variable equals 0, it represents the corporation does not conduct charitable behaviors. In accordance with this setting, author selects Logistic Regression Model to analyze corporation charitable donation behaviors and influencing factors. Through theoretical analysis, author establishes a scale which measures various influencing factors, and designs a corresponding survey based on previous assumption. By handing out surveys, author collected original data, and tested those data by using Logistic Regression analysis.
