| Forestry law enforcement is an important part of the competent forestry department of forestry,is directly facing the society and the public often a lot of activities,efficient forestry law enforcement management is a basic requirement for the healthy development of modern forestry.Through the investigation of forestry administrative cases,the number and types of cases are discussed,and the number of cases in Fujian province.The results show that in recent years,the number of cases showed a downward trend,but gradually decreased.In addition,the total number of cases of illegal procurement of forestry administrative cases,the highest number of cases.Finally,the forestry administrative cases in Fujian are divided into two parts:coastal and inland.The results show that the number of coastal cases is far less than inland.Secondly,by distributing the questionnaire of Fujian forestry comprehensive administrative law enforcement.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are analyzed.The results show that Cronbach's Alpha and KMO were up to 0.696 and 0.672,the questionnaire is reliable and effective.This paper further analyzes the questionnaire,divides it into the level of law enforcement team,the mass level,the level of law enforcement agencies,etc.The results show that forestry law enforcement team to achieve a very satisfactory degree by only 55.86%of the masses.That is to say,the work style of administrative law enforcement team in China needs to be strengthened.The forestry related legal knowledge were understand through law enforcement by 54.95%of the masses.So,China's legal advocacy efforts need to be increased.63.06%of people think that law enforcement agencies remediation effect was very good.72.07%of people think that China's current system is not perfect.Finally,the above two aspects of the contents of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement to identify the existing problems,to find effective measures to travel. |
