Automobile transmission system parameters are key determinants of automobile power performance and fuel economy,power loss is an important technology index of the transmission device,it directly affects the efficiency,economy and reliability of the transmission device,the power loss in this process is the performance of resistance in the transmission system,this paper first on the analysis of the power testing of small-sized minibus,on the basis of basic theory,chose two typical small-sized minibus for experimental vehicles,and doing the contrast experiment,the results found that there are many differences between the results of the two vehicles,through in-depth analyzing the differences,find out the reason of the difference and then to improve the main transmission components which making difference,finally,according the comparison and analysis of vehicle performance before and after improvement,verify the effectiveness and practicability of the improved,relevant conclusion can provide reference for improving the small-sized minibus transmission efficiency.The main research content of this article is as follows:1.This paper analyzes the small-sized minibus external and internal resistance under normal driving condition;Construct the power loss model for the main structure of transmission system,respectively analyzes the power loss of bearings and gears meshing.2.Design the main method of testing transmission energy consumption:selection three test conditions:cold and hot state,working condition,using reverse-drug method on chassis dynamometer test transmission system resistance;Selected the standard models on the same level,and set a reasonable program of step by step dismounting drive line structure.3.Using resistance test results of target model and the standard model under different conditions,it was found that the resistance values measured are high than the standard model after the vehicle,demolition shoe and off-axis prototypes measure,it indicated that there are huge improvement space for the transmission efficiency,it defined the goal direction for the resistance drop of the target model.4.Optimized small-sized minibus major parts character of the transmission and rear axle.On experimental vehicle transmission gears,bearings,lubricants,rear axle processing shape tolerance and half shaft clearance to improve and test,we had got the optimize parts precision and parameter data.
