Since the Second Industrial Revolution,electric energy has gradually become one of the secondary energy sources for human survival.The dependence of modern society on electricity is more obvious.Whether it is the primary industry of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,sideline and fishery,or the secondary industry of mining,metallurgy and construction,or even the thriving and thriving tertiary industry relying on "clouds to transfer wisdom",electricity is indispensable all the time.As the main body of power transmission and distribution,power grid connects power plants,substations and users and other important power nodes.In the transmission,substation and distribution of its three components,transmission is undoubtedly difficult to manage in terms of its characteristics and functions.In particular,the construction and maintenance of transmission line corridors affect the reliable supply of electricity.Since the power grid was commercialized in 1997,the management of transmission line corridors has undergone more than 20 years of exploration and practice,and the results are not satisfactory.In addition,in recent years,with the continuous development of society,the environment of transmission line corridors has become more complex,and many local transmission line corridors,including Dalian,have emerged endlessly.It is urgent to conduct in-depth research and exploration to find a solution to the problem.Combining with the actual situation of Dalian transmission line corridor management and taking "governance" as the main line,starting with the concept and characteristics of transmission line corridor,this paper thoroughly analyses the current situation,existing problems and causes of Dalian transmission line corridor,explores the public governance theory,multi-center governance theory and network governance theory,and studies the situation of transmission line corridor Governance in other provinces and cities through analysis.To seek the convergence of corridor governance and the three theories.Then,according to the current situation of Dalian transmission line corridor governance,using public governance theory,multi-center governance theory and network governance theory,the paper puts forward the Countermeasures of Dalian transmission line corridor governance,including giving full play to the main role of governance,optimizing law enforcement methods and innovation of governance mechanism.
