expanding the use of government supervision,strengthen supervision and performance appraisal the accountability of all levels and aspects,to strengthen and improve the supervision efficiency of county government thinking and exploration,puts forward some opinions and suggestions,hoping to provide useful inspiration to strengthen our county government supervision work.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction section.This chapter elaborates the selected topic background and research significance,this paper introduces the current research status at home and abroad in the research field of government supervision and the development of the government supervision in our country,and put forward in this paper,innovation points and research method,etc.The second chapter is the county government supervision related theoretical analysis.Introduced the main concepts involved in this article: the government at county level,the government supervision,government supervision departments at the county level,performance management,supervision accountability;Using the Asymmetric information theory,New public management theory at the county level supervision are analyzed in theory.The third chapter is a major way to work at the county level government supervision and general questions.Introduced the main task of the government supervision at the county level and content: the decision-making supervision research,specific inspection,supervision,supervision coordination;To put forward the county-level government supervision of inspection system is not sound and supervision authority needs to be strengthened,"inspector" system has not been established and the construction supervision work there is a gap,the lack of a special
