Research Of Meizhou Electronic Government Security Management

As a public product, the e-government brings not only changes to administrative process and high efficiency , but also threat to the safety of e-government information. E-government information security is an indispensable part of national information security, and one of the important contents of national security. Therefore, the security of China's e-government is growing increasingly important and urgent.This paper mainly studies the solution to Meizhou e-government affair safety management. With the method of standard analysis and empirical analysis, combined with the public management, information resources management theory, system theory basic theory as a guide, and through the analysis of the importance of e- government affair safety management, it analyzes the reasons and puts forward the theory of the combination of technology and management. This paper aims to solve the problem of e- government affair safety management through comprehensive application of laws and regulations and from the two levels : from the macroscopic level, one level of compulsory national safety management, that is to formulate relevant legislation, the technical standards to supervise the implementation of law enforcement agencies; the other level of public management department, which should strengthen their administration of information security. Finally through the analysis of Meizhou e- government affair safety management and the reasons of these problems, it tries to find the solution to Meizhou e-government affair safety management from the perspective of the combination of management and technology: government administration as a core; technology and management as a pillar; laws ,regulations and information security standard a guarantee. New ideas of ensuring the safety and efficiency of Meizhou government administration activities is brought forward to ultimately solve the problem of Meizhou e-government affair safety.
