People's congress system is China's fundamental political system. Township People's Congress is the most basic part and Grass-roots, is the most specific level of authority. As the development of economy and society, the role of the township people's congress has become increasingly apparent, the township people's congress to better fulfill its mandate, for the consolidation of the grassroots people's power to promote the smooth development of rural social and economic construction, and has great significance.
