A Study On The Thought Of The Government Image Of Hu Jintao

A good government imagine is a rich resource and incorporeal property owned by a government.It's an essential prerequisite for the government to gain the public's trust.As a kind of intangible assets owned by the government,the good government imagine may help the government to function well in follow ways,such as deepening government reform,improving public services and improving government efficiency.So the government imagine building is a topic of the times,with which a modern government shall be confronted.During the period of Hu Jintao in power,the reform and development of the economic in China have entered into a crucial period,and various problems and conflicts accumulating in the process of reform and development have exploded more and more frequently.To stabilize the country and promote the sustainable development of economy,the government led by Hu Jintao shall build a better government imagine which is more ordered,excellent,effective and healthier in performing it's official duties.The author of this paper try to analyze and explore the process of the development of the thought of government imagine of Hu Jintao in four different ways,which include formation,conditions,core content,construction paths and significance.The author believes that Hu Jintao have creatively developed the thought of government imagine of proletarian state in Marxism and successfully established a more human-oriented,ordered,honest and effective government imagine.The first part is about formation conditions of the thought of government imagine of Hu Jintao.The author points out three reasons for the formation of the thought.First,the national conditions and the world background asked the CCP to pick up the government imagine;Second,the formation of the thought benefited a lot from the traditional culture of China;Third,the theory about proletarian regime imagine in Marxism led the establishment of the thought of the government imagine of Hu Jintao.The second part is about the main content of the thought of government imagine of Hu Jintao.Based on the essential component factors of the thought,the author combs the core content of the thought,including human-oriented value,scientific and democratic norms of the party in power,the goal of sustainable development and so on.This part also introduces the thought of the China's international imagine specially.And then,the author introduces the paths which Hu Jintao chose to establish the better government imagine.During the period of Hu Jintao in power,he carried different policies in different periods.Based on the core content of the thought of government imagine,the author summarizes and point out four paths which are adopted by Hu Jintao,including anti-corruption and building clean government to share the government value,promoting the progress of government by law,guaranteeing the efficiency of government by scientific management and developing the information disclosure system.Finally,the author summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and significance of the thought of government imagine of Hu Jintao.Although the thought is limited by the history condition,but it is no doubt that the thought is latest achievement of the civilization of Marxism in China and it has a significant impact on the establishment of government imagine today.
