Anti-corruption is a long-term and complicated system engineering.China is in a critical period of social reform,as the two pillars of China's anti-corruption system,there are some problems in the process of anti-corruption collaboration between the discipline inspection and supervision organs and the procuratorial organs,such as,improper use of evidence,poor handling mode,and rights protection is not in place,we must integrate all available resources,focus on the discipline inspection and supervision organs and the procuratorial organs of coordination and complementary advantages,to form an effective force to combat corruption,at the same time,establish and improve the anti-corruption collaboration related system between the discipline inspection and supervision organs and the procuratorial organs,to construct a long-term mechanism to combat corruption.Therefore,studying the cooperative relationship of discipline inspection organs and the procuratorial organs in China's anti-corruption system has a strong practical significance.The research results are helpful to party conduct and construction of a clean government and anti-corruption struggle,even to establish a clean and clear domestic politics will be of great benefit.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign related research results,from the definition of the concept of corruption and anti-corruption,Analyze the anti-corruption collaboration between the discipline inspection and supervision organs and the procuratorial organs in Changzhou city,study some problems on China's current discipline inspection and supervision organs and the procuratorial organs in anti-corruption collaboration.From the perspective of the related basic theory,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to perfect the construction of anti-corruption collaboration mechanism between the discipline inspection and supervision organs and the procuratorial organs,and enhance their anti-corruption collaboration ability,provide reference for governments at all levels to deepen and promote party conduct and construction of a clean government and anti-corruption struggle in an all-round manner.
