Research On Anti-corruption Issues Of Grassroots Discipline Inspection And Supervision Organs

At current, the economic of our country is growing rapidly,the economic strength has markedly increased. However, with the industry development lags behind, necessarily need industrial transformation and upgrading, under the "new normal" background of Chinese society some social problems are breeding. Among these problems, the official corruption, senior officials sacked, low rank official corruption all aroused strong dissatisfaction of the masses, caused widespread social discussion. "Corruption" damaged the Party image badly, the affinity between the public and officials are wide apart. The Party and government pay high attention to anti-corruption issues, the national chairman Xi Jinping proposed "caught flies and tigers together, " we do not tolerate any corrupt cases. The Eighteen Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee proposed to improve and develop the Socialism with Chinese characteristics, promote national governance systems and governance modernization,term them as the general goal of deepening the reform, Put the strategy of tighten up internal management of the Party strictly as an important part in the strategic layout. The government doing anti-corruption work continuously, the voice and the enthusiasm from the public about anti-corruption are rising. Grass Roots anti-corruption prosecutors as the vanguard in the first line, assumed the core tasks of anti-corruption work, and play an irreplaceable role.For me, as a grass-root disciplinary inspection staff, I write this paper base on sociology, management and administrative ethics and other related theories, associate with the practice work, from multiple perspectives, to elaborates the current situation of G City grassroots anti-corruption work and the difficulties which we met during daily inspection and investigating, thinking about how to effectively improve the working capacity of grass-roots anti-corruption discipline inspection.
