Transformation Of Governmengt Functions Under The Support Of E-government Affairs Systme For Nanzheng Food And Drug Administration Bureau

With the improvement of people's living standard,people have gradually begun to attach high importance to food hygiene and safety.However,there are some problems in the present safety management institutions of food and drug,such as the absence of supervision,flawed management mechanism and repeated supervision.These factors have contributed to poor supervision and management in food safety.Therefore,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of food and drug supervision,it is essential to introduce a reform and adjustment to the regulatory system and the work style and contents of the regulatory department.Moreover,the food and drug supervision agencies are understaffed,while shouldering heavy daily tasks.Especially after the overall reform,the problem of few staff with heavy tasks has been persisted.Therefore,against the background of the rapid development of the Internet and people's increasing demand for a better life,food and drug supervision agencies should have more strict standards in their regulatory work,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of regulatory work.Relying on informational construction and actively promoting the supervision system of food and drug to be more scientific,standardized and institutionalized can be a good way to achieve a comprehensive change of ways,methods and means of supervision.As an emerging technological regulatory tool,e-government website is still in its exploratory stage.Through the research on this subject,the author gives relevant conclusions on the present situation of the website construction of FDA(Food and Drug Administration)and the construction of an ideal website.Besides,through analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some comments and suggestions on the study of the transformation of government functions with the support of e-government.The entire paper is composed of five chapters.The first chapter covers the background and significance of this study,the status quo of the research at home and abroad,as well as the main contents,objectives and methods of this study.The second chapter elaborates on the core concepts,the theoretical basis and current development of e-government and FDA.In the third chapter,the logical relationship between e-government and the transformation of functions of FDA is studied in detail.The fourth chapter analyzes the status quo of FDA under the circumstance of functional transformation in Nanzheng County.The fifth chapter comes up with countermeasures during the transformation of FDA's functions driven by e-government.This paper takes the FDA of Nanzheng County as an example.In consideration of major problems in food and drug supervision in Nanzheng County,this paper raises some countermeasures based on e-government with a view to studying the transformation of government functions as a focus,and then expand to the general map of the government's functional transformation,of which the aim is to provide some reference and insights for the government during its functional transformation.
