Study On Rehabilitation Service For Disabled People In Shenyang

2016 is the key year to promote the process of the well-off of the disabled.Because of the continuous development of the career of the disabled and the deepening of the concept of rehabilitation services for the disabled,the rehabilitation service for the disabled has been paid more and more attention.The rehabilitation service for the disabled is helpful to promote the physical and psychological rehabilitation of the disabled,playing an important role in improving the quality of life of the disabled and ensuring the smooth development of the disabled.It is an important way to realize the social integration.It is not only the basic requirement to meet the rehabilitation needs of the disabled,but also an effective means to improve the level of rehabilitation services for the disabled.Based on the analysis of the current situation of rehabilitation services in Shenyang city,this paper analyzes the demand and supply of rehabilitation services in Shenyang city by means of questionnaire and interview.The article found that the rehabilitation service of the disabled in Shenyang has insufficient supply of rehabilitation services,and the quality and level of rehabilitation services need to be improved.At the same time,this paper also found that the development of community rehabilitation services for the disabled in Shenyang city is underdevelopment.The rehabilitation services and the development of education for the disabled is lagging behind.The reasons for these problems are various.The main reasons are as follows:First,the government has not paid enough attention to the rehabilitation services for the disabled.Second,the concept and service level of rehabilitation service for the disabled is relatively lagging behind.Third,the development of community rehabilitation services for the disabled is faced with the pressure from the disabled and funds and lack of scientific methods of propaganda and education for the disabled.In view of the Shenyang city's rehabilitation services,this paper from four aspects and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions that perfecting legal guarantee,perfecting rehabilitation security connotation,comprehensive developing of community rehabilitation and strengthening rehabilitation propaganda.Through these aspects,Shenyang city can provide better rehabilitation services for the disabled,so as to further promote the well-off process of the disabled in Shenyang city.
