Study On The Demand For Medical And Rehabilitation Of Disabled People In Xingtai City

The physical inconvenience of the handicapped makes them more difficult and inconvenient than ordinary people in their daily work and life,and is a vulnerable group.With the development of the times,the public began to gradually understand this special group,and all walks of life pay more attention to the cause of the disabled than in the past.The government has also gradually realized that the rehabilitation of disabled people has played a crucial role in the integration of disabled people into society,and that community-based rehabilitation has become the first choice for the rehabilitation of disabled people with its low cost and convenience.This includes community medical rehabilitation.Most importantly,it is an important prerequisite for ensuring the smooth progress of community rehabilitation.Due to the relatively late start of community-based medical rehabilitation for people with disabilities in China and the lack of relevant experience,theories and systems in all aspects are still not mature.This has led to many problems in the practical operation of disabled people's community medical rehabilitation,and it has not been resolved well.Disabled people receive medical rehabilitation.In order to understand the current status of community medical rehabilitation and the actual needs of disabled people for community medical rehabilitation,the author visited some of the community and community health service centers in Xingtai City and conducted medical rehabilitation work for relevant community workers and community health service centers.The interviews with the workers of the Disabled People's Federation were conducted and a questionnaire survey on the community medical rehabilitation needs was conducted among the disabled persons in the community.The questionnaire survey involved disability types including visual disability,hearing disability,speech disability,physical disability,intellectual disability,mental disability and multiple disability.The survey mainly included the practical needs of various types of disability services provided by community-based medical rehabilitation.The situation,and the satisfaction of the needs,the projects provided by the community medical rehabilitation mainly include community-based rehabilitation diagnosis and needs assessment,rehabilitation treatment,assistive device allocation,popularization of rehabilitation knowledge,psychological counseling,and referral services.Through the survey,we learned that the popularity of community medical and rehabilitation policies among people with disabilities needs to be improved.Most of the people with disabilities have insufficient knowledge of community medical rehabilitation,and some have not even heard of it;the rehabilitation needs of the disabled have not been very good.Satisfaction,although most community health service centers claim to open corresponding projects,they are basically furnishings,and the “empty shelves” phenomenon is serious;even if some community health service centers provide medical rehabilitation,due to shortage of manpower and tight funding,the supply and demand conflicts are caused.It is difficult to meet the needs of people with disabilities for medical rehabilitation services;secondly,the level of medical rehabilitation is low,the skills of rehabilitation service workers are low,and lack of experience makes it difficult for people with disabilities to achieve good rehabilitation results.Based on the above issues,this article analyzes three aspects of government work,the construction of community-based rehabilitation institutions and the awareness of the disabled,and proposes corresponding countermeasures for improvement,including strengthening the leading role of the government and strengthening the construction of community medical rehabilitation infrastructure.And propaganda to improve the awareness of rehabilitation of disabled persons and their relatives,and to promote the future development of community medical rehabilitation.
