The Prevention And Control Of The Drug Crime In Our Country

Since the last century,drug-related crime has become one of the focus of international attention,many countries have suffered from drug crime,drug crime as a global public nuisance,governments have tried hard to fight,but the result is more an more poison,drug crimes violations of area and population expands unceasingly,the new drug is intensifying,and the serious influence to the social order and stability of the region.After the reform and open policy,our country is rampant drug crimes,showing a variety of characteristics and the situation,especially in recent years,the high amount of drug-related crime,drug-related amount is huge,a doubling of drug addicts,drug-related personnel age,female drug group base amount multiplied,drugs into the campus,make the drug crime prevention and the fight against the difficulties.Drug crime rate increased year by year,second only to theft.Although on drug crime in China has taken a high pressure situation,but the drug effect is not ideal,the drug failed to effectively curb crime.In this paper,according to the spread of drug crimes in our country,from the following four aspects to analyze the drug crimes in our country.First of all,to clarify the concept of drugs and drug crimes,analysis shows the characteristics of the drug crimes in our country at present;Second,the prohibition why drug crimes in our country,the more the more toxic reason analysis,adhere to the problem oriented to consider in the absence of anti-drug combat drug crimes in our country;At the same time,comparing the foreign drug crime present situation,draw lessons from foreign experience of the fight against drug crime;Finally,combined with the actual situation in our country,analyzes the existing drug prevention and control measures,construction of benign social prevention and control system,to cope with the serious situation of the current drug crimes in our country.
