Study On Management Innovation Of Border Entry And Exit Inspection From The Perspective Of The Belt&Road Initiative

With the gradual promotion of the Belt&Road Initiative in China,the new situation and tasks of opening-up have raised new and higher requirements on border inspection work,and elements such as countries,regions,passengers and information are further integrated,which offer opportunities and pose challenges for border entry and exit inspection management in China.With the development of border inspection service improvement in 2007,government departments have been continuously enriching the contents of entry and exit management,and strengthening the management functions.Border management units should not only cope with various hidden security troubles caused by the increase of passengers entering and exiting the border,but also continuously strengthen their own management and service and enrich the underlying connotation of management functions.Erenhot,located in the due north of Chinese territory,is China’ s largest land port to Mongolia and an important passage connecting the Eurasian Land Bridge.In the recent years,with the improvement of opening-up of the port,border inspection work is confronted with many pressures such as inadequate law enforcement police force,overloaded work of frontline inspectors,diversification of service targets,and higher standards on the service level of border inspection.In face of such challenges,the Erenhot Border Inspection Station,based on reality,plays a leading and exploratory role,and conducts in-depth exploration in terms of innovating duty organization mode,improving the application of science and technology,and strengthening police service connection.On the basis of analyzing the transformation of management of border entry and exit inspection in China,this article draws on some theories on public administration and public service,focuses on reflection of" management concept innovation "," organizational mode innovation " and"innovation of management measures and methods",and briefs the mode of border management and inspection of Erenhot(hereinafter referred to as the Erenhot mode),which effectively implements relevant measures of management innovation,and improves the efficiency and level of border entry and exit inspection management in China to gradually meet the first class level in the world.
